The Social Media Management service takes social media off your plate so you can focus on your business.

Once you sign up, you’ll fill out a quick onboarding form so we can understand your goals, audience, and brand voice. From there, we build a platform-specific monthly plan with post types, themes, and content recommendations tailored to your niche.

Each month, you’ll receive 12 fully custom posts—including branded visuals, on-brand captions, hashtag strategy, and scheduled publishing. We also monitor comments and optimize your profile for consistency. You’ll receive a performance report every month so you can see what’s working.

Can I request edits to the posts before they go live?
Yes! You’ll get a chance to review all content each month and request changes before anything is scheduled.
Will you use my photos or brand assets in the content?
Absolutely. If you have photos, videos, or graphics you'd like us to include, we’ll incorporate them into your posts for a more personalized feel.
What platforms do you support?
We currently manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. If you need help on another platform, let us know—we may be able to assist or recommend a next step.
Do I have to give you access to my social accounts?
Yes, we’ll need admin or collaborator access to schedule posts and manage engagement securely on your behalf.
What if I miss the review window—will my posts still go out?
If we don’t hear back by the set approval deadline, we’ll move forward with your content as scheduled to keep your posting consistent.
Does this include video editing, paid ads, or influencer outreach?

Step 1 – Fill Out the Onboarding Questionnaire. Tell us about your goals, platforms, brand voice, and preferences.

Step 2 – Strategy Planning. We build a monthly content plan with posting times, themes, and hashtag research.

Step 3 – Content Creation. You receive 12 custom posts per month with visuals, captions, and hashtags.

Step 4 – Review and Revisions. You’ll have a chance to review everything and request edits before publishing.

Step 5 – Scheduling and Engagement. We schedule your posts and manage comments/messages as agreed.

Step 6 – Monthly Report Delivered. At the end of each month, you’ll get a performance summary and improvement suggestions.
